BestCandyStore.com does it's best to have available every product on this site at the time of ordering. There are some cases when the manufacturer will discontinue products and we will have to cancel an order. These instances are few and far between. All orders cannot be returned unless damaged in shipping in which case a picture of the products, shipping material and receipt is needed. If those pictures are provided, we will work with you to exchange your order.
